<aside> đť Welcome!
My name is Klara Veer. I am a L3 IFS practitioner* and coach, trained by the IFS Institute US and Somatic ExperiencingÂŽ International(currently completing my certification under supervision). Most of my clients are creative people from all walks of life. A look around my website and my reviews should give you a good feel for who I am, but Iâll start by sharing that I love what I do.
Empowerment and consent: my work is client centred, gender and neurodiversity-affirming. I trust the wisdom of your inner system and I believe you are the real expert on You. We will decide together about the pace and approaches we use, and youâre free to choose how many sessions you need
Quality of care: I keep my caseload small so you get a practitioner who is engaged and familiar with your Partsâ story
Safety & Presence: Iâve learned it the hard wayâtransformation isnât possible without true safety, presence and compassion
Privacy: everything stays confidential, you donât have to talk about anything you arenât ready to talk about.
Youâre probably on this site wondering whether I can help you. During a session with me, in a relaxed and informal way, youâll be invited to welcome emotions, discover meanings, and make better sense of your experiences. Youâll meet yourselfâyour Inner Partsâwith more kindness, tenderness and compassion. This will strengthen your inner connection and will deepen your connections with others.

Born to Romanian and Hungarian parents, I have navigated the spaces between cultures for as long as I can remember. This inheritance has shaped my sensibility toward the weight of legacy â the burdens carried through generations, often born from sexism, racism, classism, ableism or complex trauma that ripples across time. It is this understanding that now guides my work with clients.
Before my professional reconversion, I spent more than twenty years as an architect and university teacher, devoted to crafting spaces where human connection could flourish. For much of that time, I mentored students in architectural design, guided by questions of social justice, privilege and integrity. What drives me now, as it did then, is the desire to help build a world where every person is truly valued and supported to thrive.
My own journey inward began sixteen years ago. Safely held within a therapeutical container, I undertook the patient work of healingâa process that eventually sparked a profound calling to walk alongside others on their own paths. This led me to embark on a beautiful process of learning and expansion, one for which I feel immensely grateful.
Over the years**,** I explored diverse modalitiesâpsychodynamic therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, Neuro-affective touch, Compassionate Inquiry, The Wheel of Consent, CBT, ACT, psychodrama, and othersâeach revealing different parts of myself. When I discovered Internal Family Systems, everything shifted. I simply knew: âYes, this is what Iâve been looking forâ. I realised that while my hurt and pain had been addressed by well-meaning therapists, something essential had been missing all these yearsâmy own Self-compassion at the heart of healing.
IFS awakened what I had perhaps always known: that each and every person has the capacity to tap into their own Self-energy, this eternal source of compassion and loving kindness.
Now I have the privilege of accompanying clients on their personal growth journeys, gently supporting them as they reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and their innate capacity for healing.
My approach draws from somatic parts work, authentic relating and consent practices. The teachings of Carl Rogers, Richard Schwartz, Betty Martin, Janina Fisher, Ruth Cohn, Peter Levine, Pete Walker, Bessel van der Kolk and Deb Dana have profoundly shaped my understanding. I've been fortunate to learn from many of them in person.
Since the early 1980s, play has been my most serious pursuit. I have transformed shrunken wool pullovers into toys conjured from children's drawings, fashioned jewellery from bicycle hex keys and crafted paper-cut models to teach young minds about our local architectural heritage. Others call this product design. I simply call it play.
The journey of being human never ceases to fascinate me.
** Convinced that a practitioner/coach can only take a client as far as they themselves have travelled, I âwalk the talkâ and will continue to do so: 300+ hrs private IFS sessions, 85+ hrs SE⢠and 240+ hrs of psychodynamic therapy sessions with certified professionals. Please note, I am not a clinical psychologist or psychotherapist.*

I live in Cluj, Romania. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my friends, travelling, dancing, contact improv, forest bathing, swimming or simply purring at life, just like my furry cats đââŹ

I beg you, to have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves as if they were locked rooms or books written in a very foreign language. Donât search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.
